VINTAGE Ladybird book – Downy Duckling with DJ (mid 1950s)

Lovely vintage Ladybird book.

Condition:  Very good – it is in lovely condition complete with dust jacket. Just a few little age marks inside and a little light wear and tear to the dusk jacket (some corner scuffing), but generally really nice. 

I am no expert on dating, but have used the wonderful resource available on Helen Day’s website Fly Away Home and believe this book is from mid 1950s. (It features the original open-wing Ladybird logo, and in the list of other Ladybird books available, the most recent additions to the catralogue include The Impatient Horse, The Silver Arrow and The Ambush).
